Returns & Replacements

 

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer’s remorse.


If your item arrives:

 

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

 

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

 


If the issue is confirmed, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

 


 

Incorrect Size Ordered

 

We cannot offer size exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

 


 

Lost Packages

 

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first.

If unresolved, notify us within 7 days and we will investigate.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
